Located within the Boltons Conservation Area in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the project refurbishes an existing house and introduces a new winter garden that expands the living space while connecting the lower-ground and ground floors through a double-height space. A large retractable rooflight enhances the sense of openness, blurring the boundary between inside and out, and provides direct access to the external terrace. A finely crafted metal spiral staircase winds through the centre of the house, serving as both circulation and sculptural focal point.
